What Is a Wine Blend?

At its most basic, vintners blend wine made from different grapes in order to add more complexity to the flavor and texture of a wine. The goal of blending wine made in different vintages is more to balance out the flavor characteristics. Some wine blends are made from classic recipes handed down from generation to generation. Other vintners create brand new blends in an attempt to produce a new and exciting wine that has flavor characteristics like nothing else on the market.

What Is a Life Blend?

The passionate blending of a lifetime of values, people you love and the finer things in life, immersed with the romance and cultural adornments that accompany the world of wine. Wine brings more to life than simply being an alcoholic beverage that in excess causes one to jump up and volunteer for Karaoke. It is more than fermented grape juice that the state strives to control in our best interests (not to mention the taxes). Wine is full of life! Wine brings people together. Wine complements good food, and enhances our senses. A great wine makes one appreciate life’s finer moments. This blending of our lives with the “fruit of the gods” is the eighth wonder of the ancient and modern world.

Is a celebration of this unity. We are passionate about sharing this blending with our friends and family and hopefully help one discover and gain an appreciation for the many flavors that are right under our noses. A  “Fat” wine is one that is full in body and has a sense of thickness. It is our passion quest to enjoy each day in full and be the premiere advocate for a complete and compelling wine lifestyle.
